We, Bäckerei Lanz AG, are a small to medium-sized company in the form of a family business.
We mainly serve two different sales markets: on the one hand our sales shop in Eggholzli and on the other hand various local delivery customers.

The support provided by modern machines only relates to a few work steps.
Most of the ingredients used to manufacture our products come from the region, are free of industrial additives and are naturally produced.

Our specialties can be found in the small baked goods and special bread sectors.
